A stationary cycling class; for the beginner or enthusiast, cyclist or multi-sport athlete. Get in shape and have fun while learning or improving your cycling ability and skills, under the direct supervision of an instructor who is a competitive cyclist and tri-athlete. Classes include strength, endurance, intervals and speed workouts.

Boot Camp

Boot Camp combines strength, stamina and flexibility.  This program combines cardiovascular and strength training exercises in a regimented 45-60 minute workout.  All fitness levels are welcome.

A challenging 45-minute indoor cycling class that takes you through flats, hills, sprints and jumps. Guaranteed to make you sweat! Come join in the fun and ride at your own pace. Classes are designed for all levels, please tell the instructor if you are a beginner. Water bottle and towel are required for these classes.

Taught in the tradition of Hatha Yoga, this class flows through movements allowing for more focus on breathing and flexibility. 1 Hour. All ages and fitness levels are welcome.
