Group Active is my all time favorite class because I get a complete workout in one hour.
Training with Michele for almost 3 years has been one of the more rewarding and pleasant experiences I've encountered. Having been seriously injured, Michele's complete knowledge of personal training, her varied expertise in rehabilitation and her sense of total professionalism assisted me in attaining a state of physical conditioning I had never known. I am very fortunate to have been able to train with her for an extended period and will continue to do so.

She pushes you to do better and be stronger. She listens when you are struggling and then kicks you in the pants to get you motivated again. She helps you see that you are stronger than you think. I chose to work with Michele because I knew she would push me to the limit! While working with a trainer is relatively new to me, I have been and exercise enthusiast since grade school. I am very self motivated and understand the dynamics of combining cardio and weight training. But at age 46, I have managed to be a little bored with my workouts and therefore not always pushing as hard as I can. I love Michele's energy and creativity to utilize the tools she has to give you a different and challenging work out every time you are with her!
